The Labor Party of Iran is an extreme-left party, most probably forbidden in
Iran, and based in exile in Germany (Cologne/Köln). The flag of the party seems
to be a red flag with the party name in yellow Farsi writing. The snapshot from
the party website shows the party flag (note that the flag hoist is at viewer's
right, since Farsi is read from right to left) and the party name.

The said writing is, to my untrained
eyes, توفان س خ,
usually Romanized as Tūfān S.H.
